为了比较自身抗体检测方法的敏感性。对184例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者用自制鼠肝印片及外购复合锥虫鼠肝印片免疫荧光法(IFA)检测抗核抗体(ANA);用快速胶体金斑点免疫渗滤法(DIFA)及复合片IFA法检测双链DNA(ds—DNA)抗体;用免疫印迹法(IBT)及对流免疫电泳法(CIE)检测可提取核抗原(ENA)抗体。结果显示ANA阳性率(IFA)自制片为65.22%,外购复制片为47.28%;ds-DNA抗体阳性率DIFA为31.52%;IFA复合片为4.35%;ENA抗体阳性率IBT为77.7%,CIE为66.3%,差别有显著意义。因此,作者认为SLE患者自身抗体的检出与使用的材料和方法极为相关,对临床的诊断和治疗监控有重要影响。
In order to compare the sensitivity of autoantibodies detection methods. Anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) was detected in 184 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) by using self-made rat liver imprint and purchased from Trypanosoma brucei liver blotting immunofluorescence assay (IFA) (DIFA) and composite IFA method were used to detect double-stranded DNA (ds-DNA) antibody. Anti-nuclear antigen (ENA) antibody was detected by Western blotting (IBT) and convective immunity electrophoresis (CIE) The results showed that the positive rate of ANA was 65.22% for self-made tablets and 47.28% for purchased replicates; the positive rate of ds-DNA antibody was 31.52% for DIFA; 4.35% for IFA composite tablets; The positive rate of antibody was 77.7% for IBT and 66.3% for CIE, the difference was significant. Therefore, the authors believe that the detection and use of autoantibodies in patients with SLE are extremely relevant to the materials and methods used and have a significant impact on clinical diagnosis and treatment monitoring.
