以紫花地丁幼苗为试验材料,用不同浓度的NaCl、Na2SO4处理,测定了处理植株叶片中光合色素、蛋白质、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量以及POD和SOD的活性。结果表明:盐胁迫下紫花地丁叶片中光合色素含量减少,蛋白质、可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量增加,POD活性上升,SOD活性下降,丙二醛含量与对照差异不显著。紫花地丁植株能够正常生长的抗盐阈值为NaCl 0.2%、Na2SO40.4%,其存活阈值为NaCl 0.41%、Na2SO40.67%。紫花地丁的主要耐盐性指标为渗透调节物质和POD。
The contents of photosynthetic pigments, soluble protein, soluble sugar, proline, malondialdehyde and the activities of POD and SOD in leaves of the treated plants were determined with different concentrations of NaCl and Na2SO4. The results showed that under salt stress, the content of photosynthetic pigment decreased, the content of protein, soluble sugar and proline increased, the activity of POD increased, the activity of SOD decreased, while the content of malondialdehyde was not significantly different from the control. The salt tolerance thresholds for the normal growth of Viola yedoensis were 0.2% NaCl and 40.4% Na2SO4, with the survival thresholds of 0.41% NaCl and 40.67% Na2SO4. The main salt tolerance index of Viola yedoensis is osmolytes and POD.
