高职院校的学生社团是高职院校学生自治的重要形式,且当前呈现出数量迅猛增长、领域不断拓展、影响力不断提高的特点。随着高职院校学生社团的发展,在管理上逐渐表现出重数量、轻特色,重应用、轻理论,经费、场地缺乏保障等问题。在实践中,我们应从加强和改进学生社团的规范管理,加强学生社团的精品建设,注重学生社团的资源整合等几个角度改进问题,促进高职院校学生社团的健康发展。
The student association in higher vocational colleges is an important form of student autonomy in higher vocational colleges. At present, it shows the characteristics of rapid growth in number, continuous expansion of fields and increasing influence. With the development of student societies in higher vocational colleges, the management gradually shows such problems as heavy quantity, light character, heavy application, light theory, lack of funds, lack of venue and so on. In practice, we should improve problems from the perspectives of strengthening and improving the standard management of student associations, strengthening the quality construction of student associations, focusing on resources integration of student associations, and promoting the healthy development of student associations in higher vocational colleges.
