因特网的普及促进了电子商务和网上学习的迅速发展,个人信息易于获得以及网络用户之间交互能力的大幅提高催生了个人化推荐技术和系统的发展。该文从网上购物和网上学习所固有的特征出发,对网上购物和网上学习每个阶段的个人化需求进行了全面系统的分析,对比了网上购物和网上学习两种情境下的个人化推荐系统,并提出了一系列假设;最后,对目前广泛使用的几种个人化推荐技术在这两种情境下的适用性进行了比较分析。
The popularization of the Internet has promoted the rapid development of e-commerce and e-learning, and the easy availability of personal information and the substantial increase of interactive capabilities among network users have led to the development of personalized recommendation technologies and systems. Based on the characteristics of online shopping and e-learning, this paper analyzes the individual needs of each stage of online shopping and e-learning comprehensively and systematically, and compares the personal recommendation system in online shopping and e-learning , And put forward a series of assumptions. Finally, the applicability of several personalized recommendation technologies widely used in these two situations are compared and analyzed.
