扬压力是重力坝的重要荷载之一,其大小直接影响坝体稳定及工程安全运行。潘家口主坝采取了闭路式抽水减压排水系统。从实测资料计算、分析结果可以看出, 河床坝段、岸坡坝段的渗压系数a2 均小于设计值0.2~0.3,尤其是河床坝段的扬压力安全度预留较大, 设计偏于安全。总之, 大坝经多年高水位运行, 坝基工作状况基本正常, 其防渗、排水及降压等措施安排合理, 效果明显。
