One of the British theorists used to make the astonishing phrase: “Where is the art in the world? There is only one artist!” I would agree with this weird argument. A world history of art, thick and rough, is a mixture of a wide range of works of art. However, if you look for a long time, you will find that there is a long chain of artists’ life hidden behind. One by one the works of art are ultimately restored to become creatures flesh and blood creatures, their eyes bright, eyebrows tight, full of passion into color, into notes, into writing, into styling. The work is for them only the divergence of life, like the footprints they leave on the beach, the echoes left in the valley.
