角膜移植无法成功的患者(如严重化学烧伤、眼瘢痕性类天疱疮、StevensJohnson综合征等)给眼科医生带来极大挑战。虽然人工角膜手术并发症危险较高,却能为这类患者带来一线复明的希望。目前国内条件下,人工角膜植入术应由具备丰富的角膜病诊疗经验和熟练的眼科手术专家合作下开展,适应证应严格限制,仅用于无法用其它方法达到复明的双眼角膜盲患者。术后严密定期随访和及时处理并发症是维持复明效果的重要保证。随着人工角膜材料、设计的进步,未来可能有真正意义上的人工角膜供临床使用。
Ophthalmologists face great challenges in those patients whose corneal transplantation is unsuccessful, such as severe chemical burns, eye cicatricial pemphigoid, Stevens Johnson syndrome, and the like. Although the higher risk of complications of corneal surgery, but for such patients can bring bright hope. Under the current domestic conditions, artificial corneal implantation should be carried out by experts with rich corneal disease diagnosis and treatment experience and skilled ophthalmic surgeons. The indications should be strictly limited and should be used only for patients with corneal blindness that can not be achieved by other methods. Closely follow-up after surgery and timely treatment of complications is an important guarantee to maintain the fuming effect. With artificial corneal materials, design advances, the future may have a true sense of the artificial cornea for clinical use.
