以中国鹅掌楸嫩枝为试材,采用植物生长调节剂不同种类、不同浓度处理、不同基质的生根效应研究。结果表明:萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸均能促进生根,但以浓度为50 mg/L,100 mg/L处理的生根率较高。各基质间生根率差别较大,以红土最高(平均49.2%),珍珠岩+蛭石次之(38.8%),蛭石30.4%,珍珠岩30.8%。
Taking tender twigs of Chinese Liriodendron as test material, the rooting effects of different plant growth regulators, different concentrations and different substrates were studied. The results showed that NAA, indole acetic acid and indole butyric acid all promoted the rooting, but the rooting rate was higher when the concentration was 50 mg / L and 100 mg / L. The rooting rate varied greatly among the substrates, with the highest in red soil (average 49.2%), followed by perlite + vermiculite (38.8%), vermiculite 30.4% and perlite 30.8%.
