1982年在江苏省东台县及江浦县,根据中国科学院动物研究所推荐的点滴法,用八种杀虫剂对田间的棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glov)进行了毒力测定。使用的微量毛细管点滴器的标化容积为0.02—0.04微升(用高速薄层扫描仪—CS-920测定),滴施杀虫剂溶液在蚜虫的背板上,最后得到每种药剂对无翅成蚜的毒力基线。测定的结果表明东台及江浦两地田间的棉蚜已经对有机磷杀虫剂—乐果产生了较高的抗药性。两地棉蚜对乐果的 LD_(50)值分别为0.247及0.242微克/蚜,如果与张桂林(1982)发表的用同样方法测定的敏感蚜系(LD(50)=0.00198微克/蚜)相比较,东台及江浦两地的棉蚜对乐果的抗性至少是120倍。测试的杀虫剂对棉蚜的毒力次序排列如下:溴氰菊酯>二氯苯醚菊酯>甲胺磷>甲基对硫磷>对硫磷>速灭威>马拉硫磷>乐果。此外,本文对棉蚜抗药性测定方法的改进作了进一步探讨和建议.
