目的:探讨何首乌种子萌发特性并找到其适合的萌发条件,为该物种人工繁殖提供科学依据。方法:通过室内试验,检测不同光照时间、温度条件下种子的萌发率和发芽势,以及不同浓度GA3和6-BA浸种处理下种子的萌发率和发芽势。结果:不同温度对种子萌发率和发芽势影响显著,12 h/d光照条件提高种子萌发率,不同浓度GA3(100~1 000 mg/L)浸种均提高种子的萌发率,高浓度6-BA(500 mg/L)浸种处理抑制种子的萌发。结论:何首乌种子适合的萌发温度为25℃,适当的光照有利于提高种子的萌发率,最适合的外源生长调节物质为200 mg/LGA3浸种处理。
Objective: To explore the germination characteristics of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Seed and to find its suitable germination conditions, providing a scientific basis for its artificial propagation. Methods: The germination rate and germination energy of seeds under different illumination time and temperature were tested in laboratory. The germination rate and germination energy of seeds treated with different concentrations of GA3 and 6-BA were measured. Results: The germination rate and germination potential were significantly affected by different temperatures. The seed germination rate was increased under 12 h / d light conditions. The seed germination rate increased with different concentrations of GA3 (100-1 000 mg / L) (500 mg / L) soaking seeds to inhibit seed germination. CONCLUSION: The optimum germination temperature of Polygonum multiflorum seed is 25 ℃. Appropriate illumination is helpful to improve the germination rate of seeds. The most suitable exogenous growth regulator is 200 mg / L GA3 soaking treatment.
