通过引入wiki技术的特点,扩展现有的组织探索与利用多主体仿真模型,研究wiki技术的使用与组织学习的关系。仿真实验结果表明,较低的个体学习速率和较高的人际学习速率均能提高wiki的组织表现;环境扰动对wiki的组织表现具有负面作用,适度的人员流动对wiki的组织表现具有积极作用,而组织学习速率对wiki组织表现的影响则不明显。
By introducing the characteristics of wiki technology, we expand the existing organization to explore and utilize the multi-agent simulation model to study the relationship between the use of wiki technology and organizational learning. The simulation results show that the lower individual learning rate and higher interpersonal learning rate can improve the performance of the wiki organization; the environmental disturbance has a negative effect on the organization performance of the wiki, the moderate staff flow has an active effect on the organization performance of the wiki, The impact of organizational learning rate on the performance of the wiki is not obvious.
