压气站压缩机干气密封气前置过滤器滤芯筒快开盲板O形圈密封失效,可能造成大量天然气泄漏,直接威胁压气站的生产安全。基于静态平面O形圈密封原理和失效案例,分析总结了静态平面O形圈密封的失效形式和原因,包括密封接触面间存在轻微渗漏、断裂、变性硬化或软化失去弹性、结构设计和选型不当、沟槽加工质量不良、安装和使用不正确等。通过对比研究国家标准GB/T3452.3-2005和日本工业标准JISB2401,提出了不同使用要求下静态平面O形圈密封设计和选型要点,其中槽宽和槽深是O形圈沟槽设计的关键,要重视沟槽加工的尺寸公差和表面质量,并选择适宜的密封结构,做到正确安装和使用。
