卷扬机与井字架之类的垂直升降机配套使用时,卷扬机至井字架第一导向滑轮之间的一段钢丝绳,由于自重而长期落在地面上,并与地面互相摩擦,使钢丝绳因缺油和磨损而迅速断丝损坏。这样,既影响钢丝绳的使用寿命,也影响安全生产。我们在生产实践中,制作了一种钢丝绳托辊架。托辊架的构造见图1。插在钢丝绳经过的地面上,把钢丝绳架在托辊架的辊筒上。这样,既架空了钢丝绳,减少了磨损,又可以不断地给钢丝绳涂油,能够使钢丝绳的使用寿命延长2倍以上。
