人因数据的收集、分析与量化是人员可靠性分析和概率风险评价极为重要的组成部分。为此已建立了各种各样的人因数据库,但兼有数据采集、分类、分析、计算、预测功能的人因数据管理系统国内外却尚不多见。鉴于此,研制了大亚湾核电站人因数据管理系统,该系统包含三大模块和4个数据库。该文首先阐明了在系统研制过程中所涉及的有关人因数据的一些基本问题,然后描述了系统的结构与功能。考虑到人因数据库在该系统中的重要地位,还较详细地讨论了库中数据的结构问题。 The collection, analysis and quantification of human factors are extremely important components of personnel reliability analysis and probabilistic risk assessment. To this end, a variety of human factors databases have been established, but human data management systems with data collection, classification, analysis, calculation and prediction functions are still rare at home and abroad. In view of this, the personnel management data system of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant has been developed. The system consists of three modules and four databases. The paper first clarifies some basic problems about human factors involved in the system development process, and then describes the structure and function of the system. Considering the important position of human factors database in the system, the structure of data in the database is also discussed in more detail.
