研究了以流域性水电开发为核心的发电企业备品配件管理现状,提出了一种新的水力发电企业备品配件管理系统。系统以设备状态检修为立足点,采用数据集中和先进的门户技术,设计了企业的备品配件管理系统。提出了流域性水电企业备品配件模型,实现了备品配件的优化储备,为新形势下的流域性水电厂设备的精确维护管理提供了技术支撑。
This paper studies the status quo of spare parts management for power generation enterprises with the core of hydropower development in the basin and puts forward a new management system of spare parts for hydro enterprises. The system takes the maintenance of the equipment as the foothold, adopts the centralized data and advanced portal technology, and designs the enterprise spare parts management system. Proposed the spare parts model of the hydropower enterprises in the basin and realized the optimized reserve of the spare parts and provided the technical support for the precise maintenance and management of the hydropower plants in the basin in the new situation.
