混凝土流体在搅拌运输车搅拌筒内,会因搅动产生周期性的侧向惯性力,从而影响搅拌运输车的侧翻稳定性。针对这一问题,用FLOW3D软件对搅拌筒内自密实混凝土流体状态的流变参数进行了仿真验证,并利用标定后的流变参数对自密实混凝土流体在搅拌筒定转速工况下的流体运动状态进行仿真,得到了搅拌筒内流体的运动状态以及自密实混凝土流体在搅动过程中的质心位移与侧向加速度变化结果,为分析流体搅动时产生的侧向惯性力对整车侧翻稳定性的影响提供依据。
