目的:探讨癫痫患儿脑循环动态的变化.方法:采用经颅超声波多普勒方法对46例癫痫患儿发作间期的大脑中动脉血流速度进行测定,并分析其与临床表现的关系.结果表明:症状性癫痫脑血流低下的比率较高,而特发性癫痫则未发现异常.脑血流低下者多伴有智能运动重复障碍、脑电背景波不对称及CT异常.结论:上述结果提示癫痫患儿发作间期脑血流的低下与脑的器质性损害有关.经颅超声波多普勒方法可以作为癫痫临床,分类及大脑功能状态评价的客观辅助检查手段.
Objective: To investigate the changes of cerebral circulation in children with epilepsy. Methods: Transcranial ultrasound Doppler was used to measure the middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity in 46 epilepsy children and to analyze its relationship with clinical manifestations. The results showed that: the rate of symptomatic epilepsy cerebral blood flow is low, while no abnormalities were found in idiopathic epilepsy. Cerebral blood flow are often accompanied by multiple movement disorders of intellectual movement, EEG background wave asymmetry and CT abnormalities. Conclusion: The above results suggest that the low cerebral blood flow during the interictal epilepsy is related to organic brain damage. Transcranial ultrasound Doppler method can be used as an objective auxiliary examination method for epilepsy clinical, classification and evaluation of brain functional status.
