当前职校残疾生就业以“政策保护性就业”和“关系型就业”为主,自主就业比例偏低;就业的行业较为集中,层次偏低,职业结构简单,同质性较强;整体薪酬待遇不高,劳动保障水平偏低,岗位流动性大;残疾人就业政策、工作环境和人际关系亟待改善。应采取下列策略促进职校残疾生就业:扶持福利企业转型发展,倡导职校残疾生自主创业,鼓励其联合创业;职业院校应灵活设置专业,错位发展,走多元化道路,引导职业结构异质化;要提高职校残疾生的薪酬待遇,丰富就业服务内容,稳定就业行为;改善残疾人就业环境,协助企业做好无障碍设施建设,营造良好的就业氛围。
Currently, the employment of disabled students in vocational schools is dominated by the “policy of protective employment” and “relational employment”, and the proportion of independent employment is relatively low; the sectors of employment are more concentrated, the hierarchy is lower, the occupational structure is simple and the homogeneity is more Strong; the overall pay and benefits are not high, the level of labor security is low, job mobility is large; employment policies, working environment and interpersonal relationships need to be improved urgently. The following strategies should be taken to promote the employment of students with disabilities in vocational schools: supporting the transformation and development of welfare enterprises, advocating the independent entrepreneurship of disabled students in vocational schools and encouraging their joint ventures; and vocational colleges should flexibly set up specialties, develop in a dislocation manner, take diversified paths and guide occupational structure differences Quality; to improve the remuneration of students with disabilities in vocational schools, enrich employment services, stable employment behavior; improve the employment environment for the disabled, to help enterprises do a good job of barrier-free facilities, create a good employment atmosphere.
