通过试验选择了一种国产的裂解试剂(NaOH溶液)代替昂贵的美国进口试剂联苯基钠,用于石油馏分中微量氯的分析。结果表明:当试样中Cl-浓度在一定范围内时,20%的NaOH溶液在一定条件下与试样中有机氯的裂解反应效率基本衡定,校正系数是一常数,为定量分析提供了一定的实验依据。在结果计算时,通过使用校正系数的方法使20%的NaOH溶液完全可以代替联苯基钠试剂,从而大幅度地降低了微量氯的分析成本。使分析方法(UOP395)更具有实用性。
A domestic cleavage reagent (NaOH solution) was chosen to replace the expensive U.S. imported reagent biphenyl sodium for the analysis of trace chlorine in petroleum fractions. The results show that when the concentration of Cl- in the sample is within a certain range, the efficiency of the cleavage reaction of 20% NaOH solution with the organochlorine in the sample under certain conditions is basically constant, and the correction coefficient is a constant for the quantitative analysis A certain experimental basis.
