本文为测定粗颗粒有分选浆体的宾汉参数,对毛细管粘度计进行了研制。该仪器 利用隔离罐直接测定毛细管两端压力.消除了α+β值和搅拌损失的影响.经对比试 验和理论分析,精度令人满意.
In order to determine the Bingham parameters of the coarse-grained slurries, a capillary viscometer was developed. The instrument uses an isolation tank to directly measure the pressure across the capillary. Eliminate the influence of α+β value and stirring loss. Through the comparison test and theoretical analysis, the accuracy is satisfactory.
