结合“点阵钉模、真空负压、蜂窝夹层”的工艺过程,对夹层结构进行力学分析。用两种方法计算夹层结构的回弹,并进行比较,得到一种适合工程应用的快速回弹计算方法,为预测夹层结构型面制造精度提供依据。建立基于ABAQUS的夹层结构有限元模型,进行压贴-胶结-回弹的模拟分析。对比不同网格尺寸、不同曲率半径夹层结构回弹量的大小及分布,验证了解析方程的准确性。同时得到适合于模拟夹层结构回弹的网格尺寸。
The mechanical analysis of the sandwich structure is carried out by combining the process of “lattice die, vacuum negative pressure and honeycomb sandwich”. Two methods were used to calculate the springback of the sandwich structure and compared them to get a fast springback calculation method suitable for engineering application, which provided the basis for forecasting the manufacturing precision of the sandwich structure profile. The finite element model of sandwich structure based on ABAQUS is established and the simulation analysis of pressure-bonding-cementation-springback is carried out. Comparing the size and distribution of springback of sandwich structures with different mesh sizes and different radii of curvature, the accuracy of analytical equations is verified. At the same time, the grid size suitable for simulating the rebound of the sandwich structure is obtained.
