就外物损伤对钛合金材料(TC4和TC11)高低周复合疲劳寿命的影响进行了试验研究.分别采用摆锤法和空气炮法模拟了叶片外物损伤,对比分析了两类损伤缺口的特征.进行了无损伤试样、损伤试样的疲劳试验,对比分析了外物损伤对钛合金疲劳寿命的影响.结果表明:摆锤冲击试验法模拟的损伤缺乏代表性,空气炮发射弹丸法模拟的损伤更接近真实情况;外物损伤导致钛合金高低周复合疲劳寿命严重下降,空气炮发射弹丸法模拟的损伤使钛合金的疲劳寿命从105下降到104量级.
The effects of foreign material damage on the composite fatigue life of high and low cycle titanium alloy (TC4 and TC11) were studied.The pendulum method and air gun method were used to simulate the damage of the blade and the characteristics of the two types of damage notch The fatigue tests of nondestructive samples and damaged samples were carried out and the effects of foreign objects damage on the fatigue life of titanium alloy were analyzed.The results show that the damage simulated by pendulum impact test method is not representative and the simulation of air gun firing projectile method The damage is closer to the real situation. The damage caused by foreign objects seriously deteriorates the composite fatigue life of titanium alloy. The damage of the air-shot projectile method reduces the fatigue life of titanium alloy from 105 to 104.
