1.前言跨栏跑是在快速跑动中克服一定数量障碍物的竞赛项目,是中学生体育课必修教材之一,也是学校田径运动会竞赛的主要项目之一。由于跨栏跑有栏架及一定的栏间距等特定条件的限制,在快跑跨过每一个栏架时,栏间跑与跨栏动作结合必须协调,因而学生在学习的时候,心理活动较复杂。在实际教学中,我们发现相当一部分同学没有接触过跨栏跑,对该项目陌生,因而怕栏、怕碰撞栏、怕摔跤、怕受伤等恐惧心理,表现出学习兴趣不大,热情不高,信心不足,甚至厌学的情绪等等,这使教学无法进行。
1. Introduction Hurdle race is a race to overcome a certain number of obstacles during fast running. It is one of the compulsory teaching materials for physical education for middle school students and one of the main items of the track and field athletics competition. Due to the limitations of certain conditions such as hurdles and certain bar spacing between hurdles, the combination of hurdle and hurdling must be coordinated when running across each bar, so that when students are studying, the psychological activities are complicated. In the actual teaching, we found that quite a few of our classmates did not come into contact with the hurdle race and were unfamiliar with the project. Therefore, we were afraid of the bar, afraid of the collision bar, afraid of wrestling, fear of being hurt and so on, showing little interest in learning, low enthusiasm and confidence Insufficient or even tired of emotions, etc., which makes teaching impossible.
