高校教师党支部建设,不仅关系着高校党建工作的深入开展和党的教育方针政策的全面贯彻落实,而且关系到能否为高等教育改革发展以及政治稳定与和谐校园建设提供坚强的组织保证。本文以高职院校为基点,针对民办高职院校在发展过程中教师党支部工作的瓶颈展开工作创新研究,分析原因,探讨策略,旨在探索出能积极推动民办高职院校教师党支部工作创新的方法,进而充分发挥教师党支部的重要作用。
