千禧年元月28日在中国电子基础产品装备公司召开了中国电子学会元件分会在京委员会议,出席会议的有元件分会主任委员董贻中、名誉委员郭以述、高景法;委员温学礼、王庚林、王勃华(宋佩钰代)、宋永祥、张龙贵、张药西、陈福厚、季恒宽、姜连生、袁元(高祥珠代)、章继高、赵光云,并邀请了IEEE—CPMT北京Chapter主席张福学、IEEE—UFFC北京Chapter主席李龙土以及中国电子报社主任编辑姚鸿章共19人。会议由董贻中同志主持,现将会议商讨情况与决定事项摘录如下:
On the 28th of January of the millennium, a member branch of the Chinese Institute of Electronics Components Branch held a committee meeting in Beijing. At that time, Dong Yizhong, honorary member of the Board of Directors Dong Yizhong, honorary member Guo Yishu and Gao Jingfa; committee members Wenxu Li, Wang Gulin and Wang Bohua (Song Peiyu) Zhang Yong and Zhang Yuanguang, Zhang Jigao and Zhao Guangyun, and invited Zhang Fuxue, chairman of IEEE-CPMT Beijing Chapter, Li Long-tao, president of IEEE-UFFC Beijing Chapter, as well as China Electronics Chief editor Yao Hongzhang a total of 19 people. The meeting chaired by Comrade Dong Yizhong, the meeting is now to discuss the situation and decision matters are summarized as follows:
