幼儿档案主要记录幼儿生长及发育状况、幼儿家庭情况、幼儿各种能力表现、幼儿喜好与厌恶、幼儿的生活环境及习惯、幼儿生活经历、幼儿的其它情况等信息,建立幼儿档案对评价幼儿发育状况,监控、引导幼儿的言行,建立“校+家”共同管理机制,督促幼儿全面、健康成长及为教育科研提供依据有着重要作用与意义。建立幼儿教育档案,教师应持认真、严肃的工作态度,将幼儿家庭档案与幼儿学校教育档案结合使用,并建立“校+家”监察机制与制度,以收到更好的实效。
