通过试验评价了1#和2#两种原料油作为针状焦原料的可行性,结果表明,1#原料油不适合作为生产针状焦的原料,2#原料油适合作为生产针状焦的原料。实验考察了焦化过程中温度、压力、成焦时间对焦炭质量的影响。结果表明2#原料油在实验室生成针状焦的适宜温度为480~500℃,适宜的压力为先加压至2 MPa然后减压至1 MPa,最佳成焦时间为7 h;同时考察了煅烧过程中煅烧温度、升温速率和煅烧时间对煅后焦质量的影响。
The feasibility of using two kinds of feedstock oils 1 # and 2 # as needle coke raw materials was evaluated through experiments. The results show that feedstock 1 # is not suitable as raw material for producing needle coke, and feedstock 2 # is suitable for producing needle coke raw material. The effects of temperature, pressure and coke formation time on coke quality were investigated experimentally. The results showed that the suitable temperature for producing needle coke from 2 # feedstock was 480 ~ 500 ℃ in the laboratory. The optimum pressure was 2 MPa and then depressurized to 1 MPa, and the optimal coke formation time was 7 h. The effect of calcination temperature, heating rate and calcination time on calcined coke quality during calcination was investigated.
