以溶胶-凝胶法制备了过渡金属铁掺杂的Fe-TiO2/膨润土复合光催化剂,通过XRD、FTIR技术对该系列催化剂的结构进行了表征,并以亚甲基蓝染料废水为模型,考察了紫外光和日光下铁掺杂量对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,催化剂中有锐钛矿型TiO2生成,铁掺杂TiO2进入了膨润土的蒙脱石层间,改变了蒙脱石层间的有序性,生成了Ti—O—Si键,实现了TiO2粒子与膨润土的复合;适量Fe3+的掺杂降低了TiO2粒子的粒径,并且部分Fe3+还可能进入了TiO2的晶格,形成了缺陷位,拓宽了TiO2的光谱利用范围,提高了光催化活性。
The transition metal iron-doped Fe-TiO2 / bentonite composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. The structure of the series of catalysts was characterized by XRD and FTIR. The methylene blue dye wastewater was used as a model to investigate the effects of UV light And sunlight on the amount of iron doping on the performance of the catalyst. The results showed that anatase TiO2 was formed in the catalyst and iron-doped TiO2 entered the montmorillonite interlayer of bentonite, changing the orderliness of the interlayer of the montmorillonite and generating Ti-O-Si bonds TiO2 particles and bentonite composite; appropriate amount of Fe3 + doping reduces the size of TiO2 particles, and some Fe3 + may also enter the TiO2 lattice, forming a defect bit, broaden the spectrum of TiO2 to improve the photocatalytic activity .
