根据我們的初步調查,我国現有的制氧設备蕴藏着巨大的潛在能力。在生产大跃进的情况下,各类制氧設备的能力平均提高80~90%,有的甚至提高一倍左右。一提高出力的主要措施从各厂的情况來看,提高制氧設备出力所採取的主要措施有如下四条: 1.在空气压縮机前添加鼓風机; 2.增加空气压縮机的轉速; 3.增加空气压縮机; 4.予冷空气压縮机吸入的空气。以上四条措施,总的来說就是增加送入分餾塔的空气量,以充分發揮制氧設备的潛力。在目前工农业生产大跃进的形势下,氧气供不应求,因此提高制氧设备的能力,具有莫大的意义。
According to our preliminary investigation, the existing oxygen production facilities in China have enormous potential capabilities.
