针对TOFD检测中底面盲区的各种情况,参考了相关教材与文献,主要解决了两个问题:一是根据椭圆的参数方程,提出了平面检测时底面盲区计算公式的简便形式;二是探讨了曲面检测中内外圆两种情况下底面盲区的求法,列出了椭圆直线求交点的过程,包括两种情况PCS的求法,椭圆短轴b值的求法,并采用数学逼近的方法,将内圆的凹面检测与外圆的凸面检测底面盲区的求法分别规划成一组三个公式,且经验证误差非常小。大大简化了底面盲区的求解过程。
