建立和实行专利制度是我国改革开放政策中的一个重要组成部分。专利制度把智力劳动成果视为一种财产加以法律保护,不但肯定了科技人员和一切从事智力劳动的人的社会地位,而且极大地调动了他们搞发明创造的积极性。85年以来,我校经航空航天工业部批准,并中国专利局备案,成立了航空航天部西北专利事务所。经过我校全体发明人、专利代理人的共同努力,5年来取得了较好的成绩,下面用统计表作一简介。
Establishing and implementing the patent system is an important part of China’s policy of reform and opening up. The patent system regards intellectual labor as a kind of property and legal protection. It not only affirms the social status of scientists and technicians and all those engaged in intellectual work, but also mobilizes their enthusiasm for invention and creation. Since 1985, our school has been approved by the Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics and filed with the China Patent Office for the establishment of the Northwest Patent Office of the Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Through the joint efforts of all our inventors and patent agents, we have achieved good results in the past 5 years.
