在测绘变位的斜齿轮时,一般都是首先判定法面内的模数和分度圆上的压力角,继之再测定分度圆上的螺旋角、变位系数、齿顶高系数和径向间隙系数,最后根据上述参数去核算其他各部尺寸。由于斜齿轮的许多尺寸都与螺旋角和变位系数有关,并是这两个参数相互影响的综合结果(叠加或补偿),因而在测绘过程中,一般都是先确定螺旋角,然后再计算变位系数和其他参数。因此,在斜齿轮的测绘中,测定分度圆上的螺旋角是一项很关键的工作。
