在球墨铸铁的生产中用金属代替镁合金是铁水处理的最经济的方法。在这种情况下必须考虑到镁的高蒸汽压力,在本文所介绍的方法中这个问题是通过具有合理结构的浸渍筒来解决的。按照这方法含硫量较高的原铁水也只需一次处理就可成批生产优质球墨铸铁。这种方法不仅适用于少量铁水而且也适用于较大量铁水的处理以及单个和连续处理。
