通过对攀钢铁水硫含量及脱硫炼钢系统的原材料消耗进行全面调查(试验数据采用“样本子集”的数据统计方法进行处理),提出了增加脱硫车间的铁水处理量、优化脱硫工艺,转炉采用活性石灰、少渣炼钢工艺等措施,可大幅度降低炼钢成本。
