影响被动调Q内腔式光参量振荡器输出性能的主要因素包括谐振腔的失谐、被动调Q晶体本身存在的不稳定性及腔内泵浦光束的光强分布等。采用定向棱镜作为泵浦源谐振腔的全反射镜,实现了对谐振腔的加固设计、腔内增益的匀化及光束质量的改善。通过实验获得了输出能量11mJ,能量稳定性8%,电光效率2.6‰,脉宽6.9ns,发散角7 mrad的人眼安全激光。
The main factors affecting the output performance of passive Q-switched cavity optical parametric oscillator include the detuning of the resonant cavity, the instability of the passive Q-switched crystal itself and the light intensity distribution of the pump beam in the cavity. The directional prism is used as a total reflection mirror of the pump source resonator, which realizes the reinforcement design of the cavity, the homogenization of the cavity gain and the improvement of the beam quality. An eye-safe laser with output energy of 11 mJ, energy stability of 8%, electro-optical efficiency of 2.6 ‰, pulse width of 6.9 ns and divergence angle of 7 mrad was obtained through experiments.
