采用双波长薄层扫描法对壮士茶中橙皮甙含量进行了测定。以醋酸乙酯—甲醇—丙酮—水(10:1:1:1)上层液为展开剂,于聚酰胺薄膜上分离,经1%AlCl3显色后,进行TLCS定量。回收率97.5%,RSD=2.4%,方法简便,重复性好。
Double-wavelength thin layer scanning method was used to determine the content of hesperidin in Zhuangshi tea. The ethyl acetate-methanol-acetone-water (10:1:1:1) supernatant was used as a developing agent, separated on a polyamide film, and developed by 1% AlCl3, after which the TLCS was quantified. The recovery rate was 97.5% and RSD was 2.4%. The method was simple and reproducible.
