贵州市属经济文化相对落后的西部内陆省会城市,全市到目前为止,尚无一家现代化的禽类加工厂,禽类屠宰基本处于失控状态。为了解贵阳市白条鸡屠宰加工场所的卫生状况,于2000年5月,对贵阳市云岩、南明两城区的30家屠宰白条鸡的加工场所进行了较为全面的卫生学调查,目的是探索在经济文化相对落后的地区怎样做好屠宰禽类的卫生监督管理工作。
Guizhou is a relatively inland economic capital city in the western part of China. So far, there is no modernized poultry processing factory in the city. The slaughtering of poultry is basically out of control. In order to understand the sanitary condition of slaughter and processing places of white striped chicken in Guiyang City, a comprehensive hygiene survey was conducted on the processing sites of 30 slaughtered white striped chicken in Yunyang and Guilin in Guiyang in May 2000, How to do the hygiene supervision and management of slaughtering poultry in areas that are relatively backward in economy and culture.
