现代西方消费经济理论对分析中国农户消费储蓄问题并不具有普适性 ,笔者给出的 简化了的中国典型农户的消费模式表明必须重新建立分析中国农户消费行为的理论框 架。理论分析证明引入短期储蓄目标能更好的解释我国农户的消费行为 ,来自于实际的 调研资料也证实了我国农户短期储蓄行为的显著性。最后本文对有关宏观经济政策的取 向提出了建议。
The theory of modern western consumption economy is not universal for analyzing the consumption savings of Chinese peasant households. The simplified consumption pattern of typical peasant households in China shows that it is necessary to re-establish the theoretical framework for analyzing the peasant households’ consumption behavior. Theoretical analysis proves that the introduction of short-term savings goals can better explain the consumption behavior of Chinese farmers, and the actual research data also confirm the significance of short-term savings behavior of Chinese farmers. Finally, this article gives some suggestions on the orientation of macroeconomic policies.
