在磷酸介质中 ,在Mn(Ⅱ )和氨三乙酸存在下 ,β 环糊精 (β CD)对Ce(Ⅳ )氧化二安替比林基 对氨基苯基甲烷 (DApAM)的显色反应具有明显的增稳和增敏作用 ,据此建立了测定铈的光度法体系。反应产物至少可稳定 6h ,最大吸收波长λmax=5 4 0nm ,ε=7.74× 1 0 5L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,Ce(Ⅳ )量在 0 .5 μg/ 2 5mL~ 4.0μg/ 2 5mL 范围内具有线性关系 ,已用于银基合金中微量铈的测定。
