带式输送机的设计方法主要为传统静态设计方法,对实际运行中的动态特性并没有过多考虑。利用RecurDyn软件,对带式输送机虚拟样机进行建模,采用RecurDyn中的IF函数和STEP函数组合表达式,实现带式输送机驱动装置软启动的仿真。比较软启动和突然加速启动驱动装置,以及通过拉紧装置预加一个拉力再软启动驱动装置的仿真结果,观察输送带的各个工况受到的张力。结果表明,在给输送带施加一定的张紧力后再软启动驱动装置,输送带受到的动载荷明显减小。
Belt conveyor design method is mainly the traditional static design method, the actual operation of the dynamic characteristics and not too much consideration. RecurDyn software was used to model the virtual prototype of the belt conveyor. The IF function and the STEP function combination expression in RecurDyn were used to simulate the soft start of the belt conveyor. Comparison of soft start and sudden acceleration start the drive, and through the tensioning device pre-add a pull and then start the simulation results of the drive to observe the conveyor belt tension under various conditions. The results show that the dynamic load applied to the conveyor belt is significantly reduced by applying a certain tension to the conveyor belt and then soft-starting the drive.
