近年来,电路系统日趋复杂,电路板集成度越来越高,对包含大规模/超大规模集成电路(LSI/VLSI)的电路板进行故障诊断是当前面临的重大难题。随着仪器与系统硬件的不断完善以及新的仪器设计思想的发展,软件的重要性日显突出。介绍了一种基于LASAR仿真软件的板级自动测试方法,分析和研究了先进的LASAR软件,完成了对包含复杂可编程逻辑器件(PLDs)电路板的动态自动测试。经验证,该方法能够实现电路板的引脚级故障诊断,可有效降低复杂电路板的维修测试费用,缩短维修周期,具有广泛的应用价值。
In recent years, the circuit system is becoming more and more complex, and the circuit board is becoming more and more integrated. The fault diagnosis of the circuit board including LSI / VLSI is a major challenge. With the continuous improvement of instruments and system hardware as well as the development of new instrument design ideas, the importance of software has become increasingly prominent. A board-level automatic test method based on LASAR simulation software is introduced. The advanced LASAR software is analyzed and studied, and the dynamic automatic test of circuit board containing complex programmable logic devices (PLDs) is completed. It is verified that this method can realize the pin-level fault diagnosis of the circuit board, can effectively reduce the cost of maintenance and testing of complex circuit boards, and shorten the maintenance period, and has wide application value.
