党的十一届三中全会,作出了把工作重点转移到经济建设上来的重大决策;十二届三中全会通过了关于经济体制改革的决定。经过几年努力,我国的经济情况发生了深刻的变化,取得了很大的成绩。一九八五年胜利完成了“六五”计划,“七五”计划的宏伟蓝图,展现在我们面前,全面的经济建设将在新的形势下,以更加坚实的步伐,朝着新的宏伟目标前进。
The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party made major decisions that shifted the focus of its work to economic construction; the Third Plenary Session of the 12th Central Committee passed the decision on the reform of the economic structure. After several years of hard work, the economic situation in our country has undergone profound changes and great achievements have been made. In 1985, the victory accomplished the magnificent blueprint for the “June 5” plan and the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” and demonstrated in front of us. The comprehensive economic construction will, in a new situation, move towards a new and grandiose pace with more solid progress Going forward.
