目的:研究优化溃结方对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠表皮生长因子影响及其作用机制。方法:健康SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、补脾益肠丸组、SASP(柳氮磺胺吡啶)组、优化溃结方组。TNBS/乙醇法建立溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。分组灌胃治疗后,检测溃结大鼠结肠组织EGF含量。结果:模型组与正常组比较,EGF含量明显下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化溃结方组、补脾益肠丸组、SASP组与模型组比较,EGF含量显著升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化溃结方组与补脾益肠丸组比较,EGF含量升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化溃结方组与SASP组比较,EGF含量升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化溃结方可以提高溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型中结肠组织EGF的含量。
Objective: To study the influence of ulcerative prescription on epidermal growth factor in ulcerative colitis rats and its mechanism. Methods: Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Bupiyishang pill group, SASP (sulfasalazine) group and optimized UC group. Establishment of rat model of ulcerative colitis by TNBS / ethanol method. After intragastric administration, the content of EGF in colonic tissue of rats with ulcerative colitis was detected. Results: Compared with normal group, EGF content in model group decreased significantly (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the content of EGF in SASP group and OPG group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with Bupi Yichang pill group, the content of EGF was increased in the group with optimized ulceration and the statistical significance (P <0.05). Compared with the SASP group, the EGF content in the UC group was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Optimizing Rou Kou prescription can increase the content of EGF in colon tissue of ulcerative colitis rat model.
