内脂素(visfatin)是新近发现的一种主要由内脏脂肪细胞分泌的脂肪因子,结构复杂,存在基因多态性,具有调节糖脂代谢作用。内脂素增加胰岛素敏感性、促进血管平滑肌细胞成熟、参与炎症反应及血管生成,与动脉粥样硬化形成及血管内皮细胞受损和功能紊乱密切相关。子痫前期是一种病因不明的病理妊娠,严重危害母婴生命,血管内皮细胞损伤和功能紊乱可能是导致子痫前期最终发病并出现临床表现的根本原因。推测内脂素可能通过多种途径参与子痫前期的发病。内脂素已成为当前研究热点之一。
Visfatin, a recently discovered adipokine secreted by visceral adipocytes, has a complex structure with polymorphisms that regulate glycolipid metabolism. Visfatin increases insulin sensitivity and promotes vascular smooth muscle cell maturation, which is involved in inflammation and angiogenesis. It is closely related to the formation of atherosclerosis and vascular endothelial cell damage and dysfunction. Preeclampsia is a pathological pregnancy of unknown etiology, which seriously jeopardizes the life of maternal and infant. The injury and dysfunction of vascular endothelial cells may be the underlying cause of the final pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of preeclampsia. Speculated that visfatin may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia through a variety of ways. Flutin has become one of the current research hot spots.
