通过对华南和西南地区(广东、广西、海南和云南)的广金钱草实地调研,结合夏佛塔苷、多糖的含量,运用最大信息熵模型和地理信息技术,分别筛选出影响广金钱草分布适宜性和品质适宜性的主导生态因子,再对广金钱草的分布和品质进行适宜性区划。分布区划的结果表明,4月均温、最冷季节均温、土壤类型和寒冷指数4个生态因子对广金钱草分布适宜性的影响最大。品质区划的结果表明:1多糖含量与4月降水量呈显著性正相关;夏佛塔苷含量与4月均温、最冷季节均温呈显著性负相关,与10月、11月降水量,4月、5月日照时长呈极显著负相关,与4月降水量、温度季节性变化标准差呈显著性正相关,与2月、3月降水量呈极显著性正相关。2分别以夏佛塔苷、多糖为品质指标,依据品质区划模型绘制出广金钱草的品质区划图。该研究可为广金钱草生产区划、种植基地选择和定向培育提供科学选址依据。
