上海是台湾设计师在中国内地的聚集地之一。上世纪九十年代末,内地市场对设计有大量的需求,台湾设计师凭借着成熟的操作模式,以强势的态势进入内地市场。经过这么多年的发展,诸多台湾设计师在内地的发展也各有不同,有的擅长与房地产企业合作,主攻样板房及售楼处、会所等空间类型,也有的打开精雕细作的设计模式,以巧劲对抗设计风格多样化的挑战。在内地要生存,这似乎并不是太难的事。但这几年来,台湾设计师也察觉,随着风云际会的变化,并购潮、整合风都在影响着设计圈,而台湾设计的优势正在慢慢丧失。本期论坛,我们以真实的对话,直接的提问反观台湾设计师在上海的生存状态,也着重探讨了台湾设计师未来在内地的发展思路。
Shanghai is one of Taiwan’s designers gathering in mainland China. In the late 1990s, there was a huge demand for design in the mainland market. Taiwanese designers entered the mainland market in a strong manner with a mature mode of operation. After so many years of development, many Taiwanese designers have also had different developments in the Mainland. Some are good at working with real estate companies, focusing mainly on the types of space such as showrooms, sales offices and clubs, as well as opening up elaborate design patterns, To counter the challenge of diversifying your design style. It does not seem too difficult to survive in the hinterland. However, in the past few years, Taiwanese designers have also noticed that with the changes in the situation, mergers and acquisitions and integration winds are affecting the design circle, and the advantages of Taiwan design are slowly losing. In this forum, we reflect on the living conditions of Taiwanese designers in Shanghai with real dialogues and direct questions. We also focus on the future development of Taiwanese designers in the Mainland.
