钻芯法作为混凝土基桩成桩质量检测中的一种半破损检测方法,具有比其他无损检测方法更直观的一面,尤其是在桩身混凝土抗压强度检测方面,但也存在一孔之见代表性差的缺陷。为确保工程质量的安全可靠,在钻芯法检测结果评定中,基于基桩竖向荷载传递机理方面考虑,结合工程算例,探讨在钻芯法的应用过程中应综合考虑基桩具体受力状况的必要性及相关注意事项。
As a semi-destructive testing method in pile foundation quality testing of concrete pile, the core-drilling method has a more intuitive aspect than other nondestructive testing methods, especially in the compressive strength testing of pile concrete, but there is also a poor representation of one hole defect. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the project quality, considering the vertical load transfer mechanism of foundation piles considering the test results of the core-in-place method and combining with the engineering examples, it is discussed that the specific stress of the foundation piles should be considered in the application of the core- Necessity of condition and related precautions.
