采用阻流半封闭式浇注系统和一型多件的铸造工艺,根据铸件壁厚不同来确定铁型覆砂的覆砂层厚度,只用废钢而不用生铁来生产合成铸铁的方法,实现了本体性能验收的铁型覆砂铸造QT600-3球铁凸轮轴的生产,为丰富和进一步发展铁型覆砂这一先进的铸造技术提供了可靠的应用基础。
The invention uses a flow blocking semi-closed pouring system and a type of multi-piece casting process to determine the thickness of sand-covered iron-type sand cover according to different wall thicknesses of the castings and uses only scrap instead of pig iron to produce synthetic cast iron.
