拟定了金属钌经中子活化,制备以~(103)Ru为标记的亚硝酰钌硝酸基和亚硝酰钌亚硝酸基络合物溶液的程序。用分光光度法观察这两类络合物的吸收谱有明显差异,用马丁法作图,可估算易萃组分分配系数及百分含量。
The procedure for the preparation of ruthenium nitrosyl nitrosyl and nitrosyl ruthenium nitrite complex labeled with ~ (103) Ru was proposed. By spectrophotometry observed absorption spectra of these two complexes were significantly different, using Martin method for mapping, easy to extract component partition coefficient and percentage content can be estimated.
