价值工程是以提高产品的功能,降低产品成本为目标的技术与经济相结合的管理方法。价值工程的产生和推广对世界一些先进工业国家的经济发展起到了一定的促进作用。我国不少企业在成本管理中应用和推广了这种方法,也取得了良好的效果。本文简要介绍沈阳气体压缩机厂在成本控制中应用价值工程的实践。
Value engineering is a combination of technology and economy that aims at improving the function of products and reducing the cost of products. The emergence and popularization of value engineering has played a certain role in promoting the economic development of some advanced industrial countries in the world. Many Chinese enterprises have applied and promoted this method in cost management and achieved good results. This article briefly introduces the practice of Shenyang Gas Compressor Plant in cost control.
